Therefore, each step of the order service process is marked with the corresponding status, which the client is automatically informed of by email messages provided during the registration of the distributor account.    Below is a short list of the names and meanings of possible statuses of your order:

Possible statuses of your order

1) Accepted - Your order has been accepted. Within one working day, you will receive a Proforma Invoice via email for your order payment.
 
2) Waiting for payment - Proforma Invoice has been sent to your email. We expect payment within five working days, after which we will begin processing your order. If the invoice is not paid within 5 working days, your order status may be changed to "Canceled".
 
3) Paid – Your payment received. After receiving payment, we will begin processing your order no later than one working day.
 
4) Processing - Your order is now in the production phase. Processing time for your order depends on the quantity of your order and will not exceed 28 working days if the goods are not available in the required quantity in stock.
 
5) Preparing to dispatch - Order is ready for dispatch and waiting at our warehouse for shipment.
 
6) On its way - Your product has been loaded onto the courier's vehicle and is on its way to you.
 
7) Delivered - Your product has been unloaded at the location you specified. This status appears after confirmation by the courier.
 
8) Canceled - Your order is canceled. The order can be canceled before payment of the invoice within five working days.

 

   PAYMENT FOR ORDER

   For the first five orders of a new customer (the initial period), we usually require full prepayment. During the "initial period," payment for the order must be made within five business days after receiving the proforma invoice sent to your email.

After the "initial period" is over, we can offer deferred payment terms, which are typically agreed upon individually.

 

To make the entire payment process quick and clear, let us describe it in a few simple steps:

 

STEP ONE: Familiarize yourself with the Proforma Invoice that we will send to your email no later than one working day after placing an order on our website.

STEP TWO: Check the received document (Proforma Invoice) to ensure that the goods you ordered are included in the required quantity, and also pay attention to the added shipping costs to your order. STEP THREE: If the Proforma Invoice is issued correctly and there are no errors, make the payment to the account specified in the Invoice through your bank.

STEP FIVE: Within the next working day, the status of the paid order will be changed to PAID. Check your email, a message should arrive notifying you of the status change of your order, which means that your payment has been accepted.

   After your order has been paid for and its status on our website changes to PAID, the process of production and preparation of your goods begins, during which the order status changes first to PROCESSING, then to PREPARING TO DISPATCH, and finally to ON ITS WAY. The last mentioned status ON ITS WAY means that your goods have already been loaded onto the truck and are in the process of being delivered to the location specified by you. A few hours before the arrival of the goods, the courier will call the contact person at the phone number provided by you and inform them about the delivery of your goods. After unloading, your order status will change to DELIVERED, and you will also be informed accordingly.
