PAYMENT FOR ORDER
For the first five orders of a new customer (the initial period), we usually require full prepayment. During the "initial period," payment for the order must be made within five business days after receiving the proforma invoice sent to your email.
After the "initial period" is over, we can offer deferred payment terms, which are typically agreed upon individually.
To make the entire payment process quick and clear, let us describe it in a few simple steps:
STEP ONE: Familiarize yourself with the Proforma Invoice that we will send to your email no later than one working day after placing an order on our website.
STEP TWO: Check the received document (Proforma Invoice) to ensure that the goods you ordered are included in the required quantity, and also pay attention to the added shipping costs to your order. If you have any comments on the invoice, please inform us via email at
STEP THREE: If the Proforma Invoice is issued correctly and there are no errors, make the payment to the account specified in the Invoice through your bank.
STEP FOUR: To expedite the acceptance of your payment, you can send us a "Payment Confirmation" to
STEP FIVE: Within the next working day, the status of the paid order will be changed to PAID. Check your email, a message should arrive notifying you of the status change of your order, which means that your payment has been accepted.
ORDER DELIVERY

After your order has been paid for and its status on our website changes to PAID, the process of production and preparation of your goods begins, during which the order status changes first to PROCESSING, then to PREPARING TO DISPATCH, and finally to ON ITS WAY. The last mentioned status ON ITS WAY means that your goods have already been loaded onto the truck and are in the process of being delivered to the location specified by you. A few hours before the arrival of the goods, the courier will call the contact person at the phone number provided by you and inform them about the delivery of your goods. After unloading, your order status will change to DELIVERED, and you will also be informed accordingly.
